Expansive, edgy, and often windy, the city of Chicago is not only one of America's largest cities but also boasts a dense concentration of cultural sights to match its size with summer lake-based activity thrown in to seal the deal.
The Bakers Tank Loop offers riders an aerobic ride on a combination of singletrack trail and fire roads, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains.
Bakers Tank Loop eventually tops out at an old wooden water tank (the Bakers Tank) and has two options for descent. Riders can choose to return the way climbed for a bit easier way down or to take a tight winding trail that starts off steep with numerous rocks and roots to navigate.
