Mermet Lake

Anglers must not use more than 2 poles and each pole must not have more than 2 hooks or lures attached while fishing.

A paved road leading to the lake provide excellent all weather access.

A public boat launch provides boat access to the lake. Fishing from small boats is the preferred way to fish this lake.

Motor use is limited to a maximum of ten horsepower.

Relax and enjoy fishing this crappie paradise. Fishing is best in early spring in this 452 acre cypress swamp.
